Part of my figurative series, this work captures the elegance of the female nude through a back view where the subject sits poised for the artist. The layers of acrylic paint and collage reflect the depth of the artwork as well as the subject itself, intertwining traditional life painting with contemporary applications.
Size and framing
The size mentioned is dimensions of the artwork. If the artwork is framed, please add roughly 3-4 cm for floating external frames for artworks on canvas.
The frame is approximately 1cm and there is an approximate 0.5cm gap between the frame and the canvas to give the shadow line effect.
