Celestial Magic is a new interpretation on traditional abstract works, incorporating loose, fluid applications of paint to create an impactful yet magical interpretation of space. The colour scheme incorporates an outward expression of dark blue, black and white tones from the centre of the piece and throughout the white base. The focus on tonal range maintains the vibrancy of the work similar to other abstract pieces, with subtle additions of earthy colour palettes and thinner, bolder white linings that make the medium of the piece reminiscent of resin or marble. The work reflects the idea of a galaxy, using contrast and extensive form that depict a free-flowing yet dramatic image of space.
Size and framing
The size mentioned is dimensions of the artwork. If the artwork is framed, please add roughly 3-4 cm for floating external frames for artworks on canvas.
The frame is approximately 1cm and there is an approximate 0.5cm gap between the frame and the canvas to give the shadow line effect.
