Just a Rainy Day combines the rainy cityscape of the Rocks, Sydney using a new take on my signature thread work and circular mixed media techniques. Incorporating mixed media on canvas, the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge is centralised by the elevated circular surface while layered in depth with added string and painted perspectives.
Size and framing
The size mentioned is dimensions of the artwork. If the artwork is framed, please add roughly 3-4 cm for floating external frames for artworks on canvas.
The frame is approximately 1cm and there is an approximate 0.5cm gap between the frame and the canvas to give the shadow line effect.
